Refund requests are considered for REGISTRATION FEES ONLY. Uniform purchase refund requests will not be accepted or honored. Refund requests on credit card purchases do not include processing fees. All refund requests are subject to approval by Optimist Club of Winston-Salem. Please note that submitting a request does NOT GUARANTEE a refund.
Refunds will be processed & mailed out within 2 weeks after the last game of the regular season. No exceptions.
A full season registration fee will be refunded to those who request via email MORE THAN TWO WEEKS prior to the 1st regular season scheduled game – less a $25.00 administrative fee.
A 50% registration fee will be refunded to those who request via email TWO WEEKS OR LESS before the 1st regular season scheduled game – less a $25.00 administrative fee.
NO REFUNDS will be granted after the date of the 1st regular season scheduled game – with the exception of season-ending injury with a doctor’s note, or family relocation out of the Piedmont Triad Area (with proper documentation provided).
If a team is NOT formed due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, then a full refund will be issued for the registration fee paid within two weeks after the 1st scheduled, regular-season game.
